Millennium Fellowship Project: The Lighted Minds: Leveraging Education to Harness Creativity
The project was aimed at establishing and enlightening students on the profound connection between education and creativity. No child was born empty and the right stage for self-dicovery is when one is young, hence bringing about the solid truth that school cannot be separated from creativity. Creativity stems from the imaginative prowess and quality education develops this prowess through enlightening activities and engagements. Many have found their direction for life and career by using the school system to identify what they are really good at and capable of offering to the world. The project's emphasis was on the fact that education can play a vital role in fostering creativity in students, encouraging them not to give up schooling because of their discovered their talents, but instead stay through the process for them to be well-shaped and refined.
About the Millennium Fellow
Adediji Favour is an excellence-driven, bright, resilient, and innovative young lady. She was born in Oyo state, Nigeria, and is currently a 3rd year Biochemistry student in the University of Ilorin, Kwara state. She has a burning desire to influence her world, leveraging several profound opportunities to build a solid foundation in this aspect. Favour is a successful young writer and passionate speaker. The simplicity of her character has helped her to grow and evolve in many important aspects targeted at transforming the world. And as a student based in science, her approach to innovation and creativity is highly profound, which has further reflected in her grades and reputation in school.
