" As a Millennium Fellow, I'm thrilled to amplify my efforts in reshaping the narrative for women in Nigeria. My passion lies in promoting quality education and gender equality, as I believe these are the cornerstones of societal progress. Through this fellowship, I aim to create lasting change, empowering women through knowledge and breaking down barriers that hinder their potential. Every step towards equality in education is a leap towards a more just and prosperous world for all. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: LeadHER: Building Leaders, Breaking Barriers

The "LeadHER" project employs a strategic approach to developing leadership mindsets in young girls between 13-18 years old. Children within this age bracket are typically at a crucial stage of Personality Trait Development, which is essential in forming the "Who" and "What" that influence their leadership identities. The project seeks to 'Catch them Young' by incorporating values that will help them in their future endeavors, building their confidence and leadership skills, and in turn helping society by creating lasting change and breaking the leadership barriers created for the girl child.
