" Leadership, change, adaptability, the willingness to better in all spheres of my life fueled by great system thinking drives my work—the possibility that I will be helping the next person besides me life. I just want to be part of the solutions of the world so that years from now I can look back and say I helped changed the world. So being a part of the Millennium Fellowship will enhance these skills collaboratively. The skills gained from the Millennium Fellowship will make my social impacts in my school and communities more tangible and aligned with the UNAI principles and SDGs. However, I am excited and truly honoured to increase my competence as a young professional by envisioning newer ways of advocacy, learning and creativity. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Food Safety on Campus & Beyond (FSCB)

As a Food Science student, I've witnessed firsthand the alarming food safety practices among vendors on my campus. This sparked a passion project dear to my heart: Food Safety on Campus & Beyond.
Every year, food poisoning and infections claim countless lives. Our mission is to combat this by creating awareness about proper food handling, storage, and preparation among vendors and students.
With a dedicated team, we conduct regular inspections at school canteens, providing education and personal protective equipment to vendors. Our goal is to ensure only safe and wholesome food is sold on campus.
Together, we can make a difference and create a safer food environment for everyone!
