The project emphasizes the role of fruits in enhancing overall health and vitality, targeting diverse audiences through educational campaigns, interactive workshops, and social media outreach. By addressing gaps in nutritional awareness, the project seeks to encourage individuals to make informed dietary choices, combat malnutrition, and prevent lifestyle-related diseases.
The initiative incorporates creative strategies such as fruit-themed challenges, partnerships with local vendors, and community events to foster sustainable healthy eating habits. Fruytful Choices aligns with SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by advocating for improved nutrition and preventive health practices.

About the Millennium Fellow

Precious Akintunde, a promising young Nigerian from Ilorin, is a penultimate Health Education student at the University of Ilorin. He is passionate about empowering people through education, he runs an online health brand focused on research and public awareness. His work spans across various health topics like nutrition, disease prevention, etc. He is actively contributing to community projects geared towards promoting healthy living. With a strong commitment to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Precious aspires to become a health scientist with the World Health Organization, dedicating his efforts to improving global health outcomes.
