The project educates people on the causes, symptoms, prevention, and management of high blood pressure, with a focus on creating awareness through digital platforms, radio outreach, and physical campaigns. By targeting teens, young adults, adults, and seniors, it promotes regular blood pressure monitoring and connects individuals to accessible healthcare services. Through the #GetChecked initiative, the project seeks to empower individuals with knowledge and encourage proactive health management.
