Millennium Fellowship Project: Mindful Minds
Mindful Minds ( M.M), is an independent project that will be led by, Millennium Fellow Catherine Mulenga. This will help create a student-led mental health support network that promotes mindfulness, self-care, and stress management through interactive online resources, and peer support groups. To eventually expand to the community at large. During the Millennium Fellowship period ( August - December 2024) M.M will host at least three online events. These events will combine peer discussions, Q&A sessions, and film screenings. We aim to reach about 230 people combined across events.
