ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2024

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

" Change implementation is important because most marginalized communities and rural communities have individuals who do not know the rights they have and therefore have their rights abused. Helping them realize their rights will ensure that SDG 3. The Millennium Fellowship will help me acquire more knowledge on how to push this agenda forward not just in my country and internationally as well. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Do You See Me

This is a project that is aimed at ensuring th at the less or privileged and educated people know what their rights are and ensure that their rights and protected and promoted.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sheila Kazila is a young lady passionate about influencing change in a positive manner in society. Sheila Kazila was born in Chingola, Zambia but was raised in Selebi Phikwe, Botswana. She is now a 4th year law student at the university of Lusaka pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree and in her 2nd year at Zambia Institute of Diplomatic Studies pursuing a degree in International Realtions and Dipolamcy. Sheila hopes to use her acquired knowledge to implement change not just in her country but globally as well.
