University of Medical Sciences Ondo | Ondo City, Nigeria | Advancing SDG 3 & UNAI 7

" Millennium Fellowship is a very good platform for training and raising competent
youths in the society who are concerned about the growth and preservation of the
society. I believe that learning from the Millennium Fellowship, I will be more
knowledgeable about how to affect and change my society positively and I am
optimistic about the impact the fellowship will make on my social life. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: A Sound Mind
The project 'A Sound Mind' is focused on ensuring youths have a Sound Mind. The Mind is a very vital part of the human being. Understanding that the human being is divided into spirit, soul and body. So this project is targeted towards the soul or mind of the human being. With the various occurrences happening around us in this world, it is very easy to get overwhelmed and lose our minds. Hence we see youths having mental health issues like the occurrence of dissociative identity disorder to hide the individual from the reality of his surrounding, having panic attacks or post traumatic syndrome disorders, all from traumatic experiences in times past. So this project is ensuring we all have a sound mind despite all that is happening around us in this world. We are able to keep our minds sane and calm, not lose our cool and remain better humans.
