" Being a Millennium Fellowship affords me the opportunity to work and network with other great minds accross the globe. I believe untimely deaths from Non-communicable diseases can be mitigated in long term by promoting the adaptation
of healthy life style modifications in younger age groups in communities. Hence I intend to promote the use of healthy life style modifications as a preventative tool. Research has shown prevention is cheaper and most effective may to reduce mortality for NCDs. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: WeCare
This project aims to create a system that favors the prevention of specific Non-communicable disease and allows young and middle aged individuals in Ondo town enhance thier knowledge of Non-communicable diseases.
About the Millennium Fellow
Oluremi Eniowo is a young, focused and fun loving year 5 student of Medicine and Surgery at the University of medical sciences, ondo state Nigeria. She's a Nigerian who hails from ilaje local government and resides in Akure. She is indeed a physician at
heart as she's passionate about promoting healthy life style modifications amongst
young and middle aged individual those promoting the SDG 3.4. This she does by campaigning on her Whatsapp status and conversations.
