Millennium Fellowship Project: A Sound Mind

The project 'A Sound Mind' is focused on ensuring youths have a Sound Mind. The Mind is a very vital part of the human being. Understanding that the human being is divided into spirit, soul and body. So this project is targeted towards the soul or mind of the human being. With the various occurrences happening around us in this world, it is very easy to get overwhelmed and lose our minds. Hence we see youths having mental health issues like the occurrence of dissociative identity disorder to hide the individual from the reality of his surrounding, having panic attacks or post traumatic syndrome disorders, all from traumatic experiences in times past. So this project is ensuring we all have a sound mind despite all that is happening around us in this world. We are able to keep our minds sane and calm, not lose our cool and remain better humans.
