Millennium Fellowship Project: EmpowerEd
EmpowerEd is a project that met objectives of sensitizing secondary school children on environmental, personal and menstrual hygiene while promoting Academic excellence.
About the Millennium Fellow
Amasihemwen Favour is brilliant, young and competitive Nursing student from the University of Port Harcourt , Nigeria. She was born and brought up in Choba, Port Harcourt where she also currently resides with her family.
Growing up, for as long as she could remember, she has always been passionate about her community status, that is the overall well being of the people she sees around her. From sharing the little she has to seeking and advocating for more people to contribute to the well being of the community right from her days in secondary school. She organized little gatherings and events where she gathered and distributed items needed in lacking households. She plans to organize more and even bigger events in the future for as longs as she can. Favour aspires to be an influencer of positivity and generosity to younger and even older minds and seeks to help others with her profession in order to contribute to the sustainable goals of the United Nations.
