" I love giving back to the society, and I am so fascinated about hair and it's intricacies and how it affects individuals, those around them and the ecosystem. The Millennium Campus Network will enable me express myself, and make an impact while doing what Iove. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Hair Project

This project was about teaching Anglican Secondary school girls about their hair health, how to take care of their hair and not to use chemical-laden products. Instead, go for more organic and eco-friendly hair products. It also covered teaching them hairstyling skills. To make sure they learnt a lot we shared pre and post-questionnaires for feedback and shared organic products and a pamphlet of instructions to practice what was learnt from the project.
