" The SDGs were not meant for some people to achieve, but they are goals for all 8 billion or so of us on earth to achieve, and I want to contribute to our progress in any way that I can. Through my writings, my advocacy for women's rights and climate change, and my desire to build an understanding of ourselves and each other through mental health.
I know that having a global community of like-minded youths who are just as passionate as I am to bring about positive change as a support system is a pivotal point in my journey. It's what excites me the most about being a Millennium fellow. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The Conversation: A Mental Health Awareness Campaign

The Conversation: A Mental Health Awareness Campaign, originally called Mental Health Awareness Campaign, is a project that is trying to equip Nigerian youths to face the various mental challenges that abound in our society. By providing trainings, expert guidance , counselling, toolkits and connection to therapy, we hope to build a strong resilience, compassion and empathy in our participants.
We know that a problem cannot really be solved without being addressed, and by giving these resources we are fostering the courage to have these difficult conversations.
