United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Substance Abuse Awareness Program (SAAP)
By informing the public about the dangers, offering preventative techniques, and putting people in touch with treatment options, this effort seeked to lower substance misuse. Through a combination of community engagement, educational campaigns, and collaborations with nearby groups, we were able to accomplish this.
About the Millennium Fellow
Odumegwu Odinaka Vivian is a promising pharmacy student at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu. She was born and raised in Enugu State, Nigeria.
Her passion lies in reading a good book, volunteering, content creating and doing research Her stay in the university, she has used her talents and commitments to help organise and volunteer in community projects, health sensitisation and outreaches to create a change in the community and plans to continue in the future.
She hopes to achieve her set out goals in her chosen field and contribute more in the building of the United Nations' Sustainable Goals.
