*Project Title:* Food Safety Campaign in UNN
*Mission Statement:* To educate students and campus food vendors on the need for safe food consumption and sales on campus, ensuring a safe and healthy food environment for students, faculty, and staff on campus.
*Problem Statement:* Foodborne illnesses and safety concerns due to improper food handling, storage, and preparation practices in campus food establishments.
*Goals and Objectives:*
1. Minimize foodborne illness incidents.
2. Improve food safety knowledge among food handlers.
3. Increase student awareness about food safety practices.

About the Millennium Fellow
Success Chukwudi is a bright student of Food Science and Technology who is passionate about making great impact in the food sector. She was born in Abuja, Nigeria, but currently resides in Enugu as a student of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Over the years, Success has shown undeniable persistence and indulgence in food safety awareness programs, striving to enlighten the world at large on the importance of staying healthy to ensure maximum productivity. At the same time, she has displayed indomitable leadership skills of which her role as a Children's Church teacher is an evident example. She hopes, with the aid of the Millennium Fellowship, to make maximum impact in the food security sector, promoting the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
