ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2024

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

" It will help my community and other places on how to help a girl child who later in life will grow and make a better change and also it will motivate my colleagues at school to participate and at least understand what Sustainable development goals is all about and with that being explained more projects will come up "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainable Futures Initiative

Educated the public (youths) about the significance of mental well-being in our daily activities including decision making.
Targeted Munali secondary school and we engaged in an interactive discussion which was a success and lasted for approximately 4-5 hours

About the Millennium Fellow

Aaliyah Kasuko is an intelligent girl, who was born on the 12 of January 2000 in Bulawayo (Zimbabwe). At the age of 12 her family relocated to Zambia where she was raised by her father whose Zambian by nationality. She did her high school at Kaonga high school and now is a development studies student at the university of Zambia. She is an ambitious girl and is always working hard to make the world a better place.
