United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

" Being part of the millennium fellow will help me grow academically and also in terms of leadership as I get to collaborate and interact with other fellows around the world hence promoting better understanding of sustainable development goals. Am currently helping children attain the basic education they need because I believe everyone deserves to be educated so that they are able to apply the knowledge in different aspects of life. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainable Futures Initiative

Educated the public (youths) about the significance of mental well-being in our daily activities including decision making.
Targeted Munali secondary school and we engaged in an interactive discussion which was a success and lasted for approximately 4-5 hours

About the Millennium Fellow

Isaac Kapembwa Mabo is a social work student currently studying his bachelor's in social work at the university of Zambia. He is a citizen of Zambia and currently residing in Lusaka, Zambia. He has passion to help out the less privileged as he believes that everyone deserves to have better lives. Therefore he focus on helping less privileged children you attain the necessary education and skills they need to live sustainable lives.
