" curiosity and innovative , fueled by critical thinking ,I believe everyone deserves to understand the profound impact of microbes on our health, agriculture ,environment, and economy. Through community engagement and education, I strive to inspire a microbial literacy movement, fostering a culture of appreciation and stewardship for these invisible forces .Being a Millennium Fellow empowers me to bridge the gap between the microbial world and our communities. As a microbiologist, I'm passionate about demystifying the tiny creatures that shape our lives.. As a men's advocate, I'm committed to challenging traditional norms eg"mwamuna samalila"(a njanja proverb that says a man doesn't cry) this is because this has made men feel alone and that they need to be alright all the time despite their emotions,by being a millennium fellow,it gives me a broad opportunity to share what I can (MEN I HEAR YOU) just reminding men that their emotions and experience are valid "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainable Futures Initiative
