" Leadership, command and confidence are essential skills that I know I will need to work on during my work.
I need to be confident enough to address a large group of people, to teach them and to make sure they trust the information and instructions I plan to give. Im also excited to work on my leadership and organizational skills in order to properly manage groups of people and achieve my objection in recognizing their needs and delivery of the same. "
