" Speaking up, being in the room where decisions are made and being involved are my
core values, they have brought me this far and will take me a long way in life.
Therefore being in the Millennium Fellowship will help me sharpen my speaking skills, human
relations skills, and expose me to the international space of speaking.
Therefore I am very excited to see and experience what being a Millennium Fellow brings. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Rehema Youth Initiative

Rehema Youth Initiative creates awareness to curb the rate of school drop-outs among children and implementing a platform to accord children a voice over their rights through the enforcement of a children’s parliament in Kenya. We saw this idea as a good one since the same has had tremendous positive impacts in countries like South Africa. Thus creating lasting impacts on the lives of children and the society at large. This is the right platform for bringing up the future leaders that we keep singing about.
