Millennium Fellowship Project: ONE HEALTH

The One Health concept emphasizes the interdependence of human, animal, and environmental health. It promotes collaboration across various fields—such as medicine, veterinary science, environmental science, public health, and policy-making—to address health issues in a comprehensive manner. This approach is particularly crucial for identifying, preventing, and reducing the effects of zoonotic diseases, which can be transmitted between animals and humans.
