Millennium Fellowship Project: Prevention And Control Of Rabies

The projects aims at preventing and controlling the spread of rabies, a zoonotic disease in the community, to ensure a rabies free community.

About the Millennium Fellow

Lonna Maina is an ambitious young lady from Kenya. She is a student at the university
of Nairobi pursuing bachelor of veterinary medicine. She aspires to become one of the
best surgeons in the world, to assist and see to it that animals live comfortably. She is
a go getter who believes in herself, and a leaderbin making. She believesbin leading
from within, the inside out manner. How she wishes is that she impacts lots of lives in
her leadership and career journey, and meticulously minds about what impact she
makes in her surroundings.
