Millennium Fellowship Project: Maraki Foundation
The Maraki Cancer Awareness Campaign under Maraki Foundation was formed as an initiative to focus on raising awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and support for those affected by cancer in collaboration with the Faraja Cancer Support Trust. The project aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-being, aiming to reduce the global cancer burden through education, advocacy, and community engagement.
About the Millennium Fellow
Maryline is deeply committed to empowering communities by raising awareness about cancer and supporting access to treatment. Her passion lies in educating people about the importance of early detection and the various treatment options available. She believes that informed communities can make better decisions about their health and well-being. Through her efforts, Maryline aims to reduce the stigma surrounding cancer and promote a proactive approach to health care. Her dedication to this cause drives her to engage with local organizations and individuals, working tirelessly to improve cancer awareness and treatment opportunities within the community.
