" As a Millennium Fellow, I am excited to champion wellness in all its forms, especially in areas like mental health and menstrual hygiene. I believe in creating a space where students feel supported and empowered to speak openly about their challenges. This fellowship allows me to drive meaningful change and foster an environment of equality, breaking down stigmas and encouraging healthy, open dialogue "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Comprehensive Wellness

The project focuses on educating adolescent girls in public high schools about menstrual health, sexual reproductive health, and mental health. The team aims to provide talks on these topics, distribute menstrual products, and encourage the formation of student-led clubs to ensure continued learning. They also seek to foster mental health-seeking behavior and create supportive environments where students can safely share their experiences, breaking the stigma around these important issues.
