ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2024

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Education Is My Power!

The project entails going to the slums specifically the Sinai slum to encourage them and empower them in regards to staying in school and focusing on their education and I carry along some school supplies to aid in their learning.

About the Millennium Fellow

Tamia Mbatha Mithanga is a brilliant, hardworking and enthusiastic about social impact especially in regards to girl child empowerment. She is a student at The University of Nairobi pursuing law and an ACCA student at Strathmore university and with her legal and accounting background she aspires to contribute wholly to her community and world at large and make the world a better place.
