Millennium Fellowship Project: Green Giving Project
Green Giving project is a project which was focused on two main SDGs, zero hunger and climate action, in this project we planted and distributed over 1000 fruit trees in our community while prioritizing mothers and the elderly. It is a project that impacted over 500 people in our community, and we have been following up with the families who received the fruit trees and the results are promising.
About the Millennium Fellow
Linda Belyse is a passionate crop production student at the University of Rwanda, Busogo Campus, with a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture and youth empowerment. Born and raised in Rwanda , Linda is the founder of the " Start smart" project, which equips young people with the tools and guidance to launch businesses with minimal capital. Her work bridges agricultural innovation and social impact. Linda aspires to address climate change's impact on crops, enhance food security, and inspire the next generationof changemakers.
