" I'm very excited to be a member of millennium due to that i look forward to get great skills that will help me complete my main task which is fighting malnutrition in the world wide so this is a great opportunity that i have got to be a member of millennium.
And i do the work i do due to that this was my dream since my childhood due to that i lived in the society where getting the balanced diet was a problem so due to this many children that we were raised together faced a problem of malnutrition where seeing a child with a big stomach and brown hair melted my heart so this lead me to join a course in my University known as food science and looking every where to get any opportunity related to that and this is how i found millennium. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Green Giving Project
Green Giving project is a project which was focused on two main SDGs, zero hunger and climate action, in this project we planted and distributed over 1000 fruit trees in our community while prioritizing mothers and the elderly. It is a project that impacted over 500 people in our community, and we have been following up with the families who received the fruit trees and the results are promising.
About the Millennium Fellow
I'm by names of Feza Nelisa with 23 years old. I was born and raised in Rwanda in the capital city known as Kigali city and I'm a student in University of Rwanda doing a course known as Food science and technology .Where I'm a very patriotic citizen known mainly for solving problems that affect our society, where i have put all my energy to solve problems associated with malnutrition in our country that i hope to expand it to the entire world. So i was very happy to be among the people who were selected to attend this millennium which i hope to use the skills that i will get from their to fulfill my main task in this life which is solving the problems associated with malnutrition and others related to it thank you.
