Millennium Fellowship Project: Green Giving Project
Green Giving project is a project which was focused on two main SDGs, zero hunger and climate action, in this project we planted and distributed over 1000 fruit trees in our community while prioritizing mothers and the elderly. It is a project that impacted over 500 people in our community, and we have been following up with the families who received the fruit trees and the results are promising.
About the Millennium Fellow
Emmanuel IRAGUHA ,is a smart-young leader , sustainable-developnment pursuer and competitive student in University of Rwanda. He was born and raised in Rwanda , witnessing the livelhoods of people living in rural areas and having a burning desire to be a leader, he participated in different activities , meetings as well as clubs in high school which disccussed and amphasised on social aspects such as women's rights , poverty reduction and through out that journey Emmanuel have a mindset of cultivating advocasies in such contexties . He is now pursuing a degree in Agriculture and apart from being a young -leader who participate in different activities related to the social influence either in the campus or where he lives , he is able and willing to continue the journey he started long time ago, of working with like minded- people to do their parts in the development of UNITED NATION's Sustainable Goals.
