Millennium Fellowship Project: Baho Nkabandi Project
Our project is about helping rural children from vulnerable families in undercoverege areas of Rwanda by providing well balanced meal to them and educational materials, and providing awareness on nutritional programs to eraducate the problem of mulnutrition in Rwanda. This project is set to last six months until June 2025, Now we are raising funds for project by seeking partnerships from different organisations like Imbuto Foundation Rwanda, Enabel Rwanda and Rwanda Biomedical Center(RBC)&MOH. One part of project that has started is planting fruit trees that will support the people in need.
About the Millennium Fellow
Shema Munyambuga Dieudonne, a bright and enthusiastic young innovator from Rwanda's Gakenke district, is currently a student at the University of Rwanda, specializing in Health Sciences with a focus on anesthesia. Since childhood, he has been a deep thinker, eager to explore various fields, though he ultimately found his passion in health and the arts. Beyond his medical studies, Shema is looking to found the African Digital Gallery, inspired by the challenges faced by African artists. His goal is to create a dynamic platform for African artists to showcase their work and contribute to global development through art. His journey includes additional studies in videography, photography, and AI to bridge art and technology effectively.Shema strives to lead artists in contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, hoping to inspire change and progress.
