Millennium Fellowship Project: Baho Nkabandi Project
Our project is about helping rural children from vulnerable families in undercoverege areas of Rwanda by providing well balanced meal to them and educational materials, and providing awareness on nutritional programs to eraducate the problem of mulnutrition in Rwanda. This project is set to last six months until June 2025, Now we are raising funds for project by seeking partnerships from different organisations like Imbuto Foundation Rwanda, Enabel Rwanda and Rwanda Biomedical Center(RBC)&MOH. One part of project that has started is planting fruit trees that will support the people in need.
About the Millennium Fellow
Henriette Uwababyeyi is a responsible young teacher to be student at University of Rwanda. She was born in Rwanda_Ruhango and she is studying in Kigali, Rwanda. She has always been committed and passionate about her advocacies for young poor children to get atleast the basic needs required to live. Throughout her life since she joined nursery till now in the university, she has been able to help her poor classmates and even non classmates in terms of ideas and financially to build their lives which she will never stop till her last breath. Henriette aspires to be in a position or field where she will be able to push those advocacies further and give her portion in developing the United Nations Sustainability Goals.
