About the Millennium Fellow

Ameya Singh is a driven and passionate student studying Environmental Science and Policy at the University of South Florida. As an American-born Indian, cultural integration is essential to their work. Ameya has been interested in environmental justice since childhood. What started with a love for knowledge manifested itself as a need to make change. Throughout their school years, they were involved in different projects rooted in sustainability and community-based change. Ameya hopes to continue this in the field of Agroforestry, starting at the root level.
