University of South Florida | Florida, United States | Advancing SDG 12, SDG 11, SDG 13 & UNAI 9

" I am so excited to be able to integrate sustainability and balance with the natural world into my campus. Especially being in Florida, wildlife is such a significant part of our identity as a state and it's vital that we consider that. I think this fellowship will be a great factor in pushing environmental considerations to be the focus and building a flourishing and vibrant community. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Tackling Food Waste on Campus
Our project is focused on implementing more sustainable practices relating to food waste on our school's campus. The specific goals have shifted throughout the course of our project, including attempting to install a composter or biodigestor on campus.
