Millennium Fellowship Project: Soles for Success
Soles for Success is a project dedicated to providing educational materials, including shoes, as well as menstrual hygiene education. It aims to support students' well-being, enhance learning experiences, and promote overall empowerment.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sevidzem Marilyn Maika is a bright, enthusiastic, and passionate Data Science and Analytics student at the United States International University - Africa. A Cameroonian currently studying in Kenya, Maika is deeply committed to promoting quality education, with a focus on inclusion. Her dedication to this has led her to take sign language classes and become a disability inclusion champion at her university. Maika is also actively involved in the university's high school mentorship program, where she inspires and motivates high school students to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams. She aspires to become a professional in her field and a strong advocate for the rights of people with disabilities.
