United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

" Natasha is thrilled to be part of the Millennium Fellowship, eager to contribute to achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She is particularly passionate about SDG 5: Gender Equality, aiming to promote women's empowerment and address gender-based disparities at the University of Zimbabwe. Through the fellowship, Natasha hopes to launch initiatives that foster inclusive campus environments, support female students, and challenge gender stereotypes. By working towards SDG 5, Natasha aspires to create a ripple effect of positive change, inspiring a more equitable and just community within her university and beyond. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Generation Z in Law School

This platform is designed to empower Gen Z students by fostering a supportive, collaborative space for personal and academic growth. Our mission is to help each other navigate university life, balance academics with social life, and provide resources for career development and mental well-being. Through daily affirmations, peer-led discussions, internship and fellowship opportunities, LinkedIn insights, and study tips, we aim to create a vibrant community that encourages learning, growth, and connection. With a strong focus on mental health check-ins and personal development, this platform is dedicated to equipping Gen Z with the tools and support needed to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

About the Millennium Fellow

Natasha Abigail Dhliwayois a part 3 LLBS student at the University of Zimbabwe, who is passionate about human rights, women empowerment, and youth representation. She is a faculty of law representative and part of the SRA as she is the Secretary general. She is a mental health advocate and is a founder of Generation Z in law, a platform that she created to provide a safe space for young lawyers and law students to be able to help each other navigate the trials and tribulations of the profession. She is also a content creator with a thriving YouTube channel where she assists university students in making life easy on campus.
