Millennium Fellowship Project: “She” and “He” Should Be The Same
The project titled "She" and "He" Should Be the Same aims to investigate and address gender discrimination in the workplace, particularly within the context of Suzhou and the XJTLU community. The project utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research to gather comprehensive data on gender-based discrimination, including pay gaps, career advancement challenges, and workplace culture. The findings will be used to develop practical solutions and recommendations for both educational institutions and businesses to promote gender equality and support female employees. The project also seeks to raise awareness, foster dialogue, and advocate for policy changes to create a more inclusive work environment.
