Millennium Fellowship Project: Her Voice, Her Power
"Her Voice, Her Power" is an initiative that promotes gender equality and protects women’s rights by amplifying their voices in decision-making spaces. The project provides safe platforms, education, and economic opportunities, while addressing barriers like gender-based violence and workplace discrimination. Through awareness campaigns, legal literacy programs, and community workshops, it empowers women to claim their rights and influence the policies and cultural norms that shape their futures.
About the Millennium Fellow
Aneni Kidanu Manale is a very brilliant , competitive 3rd software engineering student at addis ababa science and technology university . She is so active and easy going in her doings and a good team member and leader . She has been working on different projects related to her field and participates in different clubs that have the initiative of women empowerment and reducing the power of peer pressure . She likes to read and write articles . She had the initiative to participate in this kind of seminar and webinars because she believes that she and her peer can make changes in the society . Generally she is an open mind and ambitious women who have a big dream of making the world a better place for women and children .
