Addis Ababa University | Addis Ababa, Ethiopia | Advancing SDG 4, SDG 9 & UNAI 8

" My work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves unconditional love, care, and respect. Like the foundation of my Orthodox Christian faith, I believe we are called to love one another. As humans, we cannot thrive in isolation; we need each other for support, guidance, and companionship. Therefore, I feel a deep responsibility to help solve the challenges people face without expecting anything in return. I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it will allow me to take a leadership role in facilitating this change and actively work to make the world a more loving and supportive place. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Empowering Youth Through Education
The "Empowering Youth Through Education" project aims to provide young people with the tools and resources they need to succeed in life. We focus on offering accessible educational programs, mentorship, and skill-building workshops that cover various subjects, from academics to life skills. Our goal is to inspire and equip youth with knowledge, confidence, and practical skills that will help them pursue their dreams and become active, positive contributors to their communities. By fostering a supportive learning environment, we believe we can unlock the potential of every young person and help them build a brighter future.
