I would use this distinction in my work as a healthcare professional and future leadership roles that I will aspire to. I would also impart the skills I would acquire to others for the advancement of a better future for all. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: CLEAN HANDS,HEALTHY LIFE
Clean Hands, Healthy Life” is a public health initiative aimed at promoting proper hand hygiene practices to prevent the spread of infections. The project educates individuals and communities on the importance of regular handwashing with soap and clean water to improve overall health and well-being. About the Millennium Fellow
Bassey is a spirited young lady and a final year medical student at Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti. She was born and raised in Nigeria.
Bassey has always been passionate about justice, she wants everyone to be treated with dignity and respect irrespective of their age, gender, race, etc. She's also passionate about creating a clean and safe environment for all.
She has always stood up for what is right and spoken for those who can't speak for themselves. She also does her part in keeping the environment clean and encourages everyone she meets to do so.
She plans to do more when she has the opportunity to and create opportunities to do more too. She apsires to be a doctor (she's almost there) and promote these advocacies more, in hopes of contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
