About the Millennium Fellow

Afolabi Fopefoluwa is a young medical student of Afe babalola university in her penultimate year. She was born and currently resides in Osun state. Since childhood she has always wanted to be the change she heard about in Social and civic education and that helped in her choice of her course of study. In her 400 level during her posting in paediatrics she saw many patients coming for the same thing...infant malnutrition sometimes it would be the same patient coming again and again. It seemed like an unbreakable cycle. She decided to join Millennium Fellowship to see how she can help break the cycle of infant malnutrition.
