Millennium Fellowship Project: Advocating for Optimal Mental Health
Taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies even as students .We all strive to study well to maintain exceptional academic excellence but it's time we prioritize our mental well-being too. That's why my project is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive community where people can openly discuss their mental health. I want to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and provide a haven where individuals can access valuable resources and help when they need it by making mental health a priority, I believe with the support of others too this project can be a great milestone to unlock a happier, healthier life.
