Millennium Fellowship Project: Comprehensive Maternal Care

This project is an awareness initiative for women, focusing on the importance of regular medical check-ups, vaccinations, and caring for their own health as well as their children’s health. Targeting women and their children, the project successfully raised significant awareness among participants, educating them on health practices that they were previously unaware of and empowering them to take proactive steps toward better health for themselves and their families.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sondos Al-Quron is a second-year midwifery student at Al-Razi University in Sana'a, Yemen. She is an ambitious, creative, and high-achieving student. She has always aspired to lead her community towards the better. She is not restricted by the limitations of others. Through this ambition, she continues to study the threats that endanger the lives of mothers and fetuses, identify the causes, and mitigate them. She also addresses every risk that may affect pregnant women. She hopes that the Millennium Fellowship Project will help protect and educate pregnant women.
