Millennium Fellowship Project: Community Care Hub
Community Care Hub is a project that is centered on improving the well-being of the local community members who have less access to basic healthcare amenities. During the Millennium Fellowship, my project, Community Care Hub, focused on promoting accessible and equitable healthcare within underserved communities. The main goal was to design an innovative community-based healthcare model that connects residents with essential medical resources and promotes health awareness.
Accomplishment: Raised awareness about the importance of inclusive healthcare through discussions and collaborative sessions with peers, and conducted community needs assessments to identify key health challenges.
