UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MCN PROUDLY PRESENT ESTHER MAHORO, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2025.
African Leadership University Rwanda | Kigali, Rwanda | Advancing SDG 3, SDG 2 & UNAI 3

" I am looking forward to being a Millennium fellow. I am excited because i will be working with like minds who care about making a difference. I believe that advocacy and technology could help solve problems in different fields like healthcare. In the case of Rwanda, the challenges in her healthcare are many and I would like to use technology to try to help advance the agenda in this case. This fellowship is very dear to me as it directly connects me to SDG 3 which is good health and well being. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: e-Medcare
We are creating an application that is going to be used by all patients to order their medicines from pharmacies and this medicine is going to be delivered on their doorstep. People in Rwanda face a problem of physically moving from pharmacy to pharmacy to get their meds and this is very inconvenient considering the busy life that we live in and the fact that many pharmacies in Rwanda don't stock many expensive meds.
