Millennium Fellowship Project: Helplinc
Helplinc is a digital health platform designed to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers across Africa. It simplifies access to healthcare by enabling users to search, compare, and book medical services online all in one place. The platform connects patients with verified hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and specialists, helping them make informed healthcare decisions quickly and confidently.
Through a user-friendly interface, Helplinc offers services such as appointment booking, doctor and facility listings, telemedicine options, and healthcare navigation support. By digitizing the healthcare access process, Helplinc reduces the time, cost, and confusion often faced by patients, especially in underserved or remote areas.
For healthcare providers, Helplinc serves as a digital visibility and management tool helping hospitals and clinics reach more patients, manage appointments efficiently, and build trust through verified profiles and transparent reviews.
Ultimately, Helplinc’s mission is to make healthcare accessible, transparent, and patient-centered, supporting the broader goal of strengthening health systems and improving health outcomes in Africa.

I am highly proficient with digital tools for scheduling, email management, and task tracking, which allows me to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. In addition, my ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, adapt quickly to changing situations, and proactively identify solutions ensures I deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. I approach every task with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to excellence—making me confident that I can contribute significantly to the success of the role and the organization.
