African Leadership University Rwanda | Kigali, Rwanda | Advancing SDG 8, SDG 10 & UNAI 5

" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it allows me to amplify the voices of young Africans, bridge the gap between leaders and students, and create meaningful opportunities for mentorship and collaboration. I do this work because I believe that empowering youth with knowledge, skills, and connections is key to driving sustainable change across our communities and the continent. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: The Guess Who Show
The Guess Who Show connects African students and emerging leaders with established leaders through mentorship, storytelling, and dialogue. The project aims to empower youth with leadership skills, career guidance, and regional collaboration opportunities.
It successfully connected 50+ African students with leaders for mentorship, shared 10+ leadership journey stories, and increased awareness of youth leadership opportunities. While mentorship and awareness goals were met, engagement in interactive workshops could be improved. Strong planning and committed participants supported success, while limited time and promotion affected broader reach.
