" A deep belief in the power of collaboration and innovation drives my work in education, sustainability, and youth engagement. The Millennium Fellowship offers a unique platform to refine my skills, learn from diverse perspectives, and scale initiatives that contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. I am excited to transform ideas into tangible, lasting impact. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: LIFE (Living in Food Equality)
LIFE (Living In Food Equality) is a student-led project focused on creating a hunger-free community while reducing food waste. Our goal is to support families who struggle with food insecurity by collecting surplus food from local shops, restaurants, and homes, and redistributing it to those in need. We also organize food drives, awareness programs, and school activities to teach the importance of saving food, healthy eating, and sharing with others.
Through these actions, LIFE aims to build a more caring and sustainable community where no one goes to bed hungry and every person understands the value of food and compassion. The project connects directly to SDG 2: Zero Hunger and encourages young people to take meaningful steps toward social impact.
