" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it offers a platform to connect with change makers who share similar vision for an inclusive and equitable world. I believe in the power of stories, as I see them make impact. And I aspire to let these impactful stories (lives) live rent free in people's mind. I work in building communities that focus on principles of circularity, empowerment, and sustainability as I always grew up hearing "what you give, comes back to you". "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Utpala Arts

It’s basically giving an online platform to local artisans for selling their handicrafts. I have personally seen many local artists sell their work for very little in the streets, but instead giving them a market online would help in empowering them and supporting their livelihood. And I believe I can make it happen through a proper Website and an outstanding marketing did these products. But currently, the website I made, I was able to sell my artworks, but I would like to make it for everyone, not just me, and space where people can get to buy the real art.
