Millennium Fellowship Project: Cybersecurity for All
My project "Cybersecurity For All" aims to raise awareness regarding online bullying and educate people how to prevent from getting their accounts hacked. I have started from my university to work on this project as in my country, the cybersecurity awareness is quite poor and people more or less are getting bullied on online platform. Moreover, my project goes with the SDG 16(Peace and Justice Strong Institutions). I wish to engage as many people as possible so that they can learn and teach others about the importance of online safety.
About the Millennium Fellow
Asifah Samira is a second year undergrad student majoring in Computer Science from Asian University for Women. She has been dreaming to become a skilled person and become an example to herself so that even in the toughest days of her life, she can remember her ideals and ethics. She wants to pursue her career in Applied Cybersecurity although she has huge fascination for Quantum Computing as well. Moreover, she wants to use her voice to help the women in her country and improve the Cybersecurity of her country Bangladesh. She loves cross cultural network and she can't wait to join her fellows in this great journey of Millennium Fellowship 2025
