" Mental well-being, though one of the least tangible aspects of our lives, profoundly shapes and influences them. I believe that being a Millennium Fellow will enhance my skills and connect me with a diverse community of like-minded individuals, empowering me to raise awareness about the global decline in mental health—a structural root cause of many societal problems. I am eager to contribute to the mental ease and well-being of those in need, using the tools and opportunities provided by MCN. "

About the Millennium Fellow

Moizzah Nisar is a creative, empathetic, and determined psychology student at Air University. Born and raised in Pakistan, her passion for mental health advocacy began young as the struggles of those around her and the one within began to shape her worldview. Drawing from her academic background and hands-on experiences in wellness-focused initiatives, Moizzah's vision is to continue campaigning mental well-being on a larger scale. She aims to integrate it with other societal institutions and inspire communities to embrace compassion, understanding, and resilience in line with global mental health goals.
