" I am passionate about making mental health support more accessible and breaking the stigma around it. The Millennium Fellowship will give me the skills, network, and perspective to turn my ideas into impactful community projects. I am excited to collaborate with like-minded peers and align my efforts with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, especially those focused on health and well-being. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: JoyVault

This project is a mental-health awareness and capacity-building initiative focused on improving mental literacy, emotional resilience, and psychological wellbeing among students. Through awareness stalls, interactive activities, and structured workshops held at Air University and IMCG, the project provides practical guidance on stress management, emotional regulation, and healthy coping behaviours. Its aim is to reduce stigma, encourage open conversations, and empower youth to understand and support their own mental health. The initiative promotes a more informed, emotionally resilient, and supportive student environment.
